my bottle also says limited edition brewers collection, made in the USA. pour is like a pale lager. nice thinnish creamy head. smell is simply clean and fresh. quite strong initially and almost comes across alky rude. must be around 6%. yes, just a little more than this lager lover can appreciate. goodly co2 in this apparent higher gravity lager beer. the sizzle saves it from being a boner. does not mellow thru the session.

Blah. Not a good Marzen. Wasn’t expecting much and it lived up to my expectations. Aroma was weak. Slight hints of caramel malt but not very detectable. Very lager-y smell with hints of aluminum. Pour was cloudy light gold with a thin white film for a head. Follows the trend of this style becoming lighter and lighter. Taste was very bland, but not awful. Just nothing there. Hints of caramel, burnt bread and not much else. After the swallow nothing is left but a slight tingle from the medium carbonation. I’d put this on the same level as B-M-C beers.

This was a sampler pack from Labatt, Seasonal... I guess. I really like marzen beers in general. This was a paler than expected orange with a small off white head. The flavor pretty malty, but a touch more bitter than sweet. the beer is fairly light bodied, and crisp. An ok Marzen.

I’m glad my son likes to buy the different cheap beers. That way I can try acouple without having to buy the case. Bottle. Dark hazy amber with small head that diminished quickly. Moderate aroma of hops and sweet caramel. Medium body. Moderate balanced flavors with a moderate sweet finish.

This might be contract brewed by Genny - Rochester. Part of a mixed case. ’Brewers Collection Limited Edition’. Spicy nose, vegetables, floral hops. Palate is mild, inoffensive, a bit of malt, some depth. Appearance is clear dark gold.
