Seems to have a vague unidentifiable fruity sweetness, zero lasting impression or flavor. Smell is the exact same, but overwhelming in it’s pungent-ness

Pours clear, gold, medium head. Aroma is malty, with a little bit of alcohol in background. Very sweet, malty, low bitterness, which comes from alcohol. Warming.

473 ml can from TBS, served cold in a tulip glass.

App.: Clear yellow with a fluffy and frail white head. Aroma: Sweet, grainy, malt liquor-like, odd, vague fruitiness. Palate: Medium body, moderate-ish carbonation. Flav.: Like the nose, but with a more assertive alcohol presence; lightly sweet with minimal bitterness and a slightly boozy, fruity, grainy finish.

Almost as bad as expected.

24 ounce can shared at Slutfest 5, 4/25/15. Clear golden, thin creamy off-white head, good retention. Aroma of grainy malt, corn, floral and grassy hops. The taste is skunky hops and corn. Thin.

SF5, thanks to drake. This one is not my fault. Clear yellow, slight head. Straight up corn aroma. Flavor is blessedly absent. Just a hint of corn. Tolerably bad.

"Didn’t care for this as much as the slightly less alcoholic Ice, but still not as bad as the american counterparts (though owned by AB). No skunk, no offense. The abv was a bit much for this style, otherwise it was crisp and clean. Pretty simple mellow malt/corn sweetness and juuust a touch of hops. "

Drank from a twenty four ounce can. Smell of malts and booze. Taste is very sweet and of booze with a fairly dry finish. Below average malt liquor.

(can - 24 oz) Clear gold with a fizzy head. Corn and booze aroma. Overly sweet. Same with the flavor. Pretty standard bad Canadian, or any nationality, malt liquor.

Transfer from BA review on 11-29-12- Poured from can into a pint glass Appearance – Pours a medium amber color with a two finger pure white head. The head is rather thick and has a good level of retention, slowly fading to leave a moderate level of lacing. Smell – The aroma is heaviest of a corn and caramel sweet aroma. There is a light aroma of a biscuit smell as well as a very light citrus aroma as well. Taste – The taste begins of a big bready flavor mixed with a caramel sweetness. A sweeter corn taste then starts to come to the tongue as the taste advances. More toward the end the sweeter flavors grow even stronger and mix with a light citrus hop flavor as well as a bit of a paper taste. Overall a sweet flavor is left to linger on the tongue. Mouthfeel – The carbonation level of the brew is on the slightly lower side with a body that is on the slightly creamier side. Surprisingly, even at 7.1 % the alcohol flavor very familiar to many malts, is absent in this one. Overall – In many ways a very standard malt. A little less boozy tasting with a bit more caramel instead of corn then the most. It’s not too bad for the price or the bang it gives.

bottle. Poured pale straw coloured with a big white head that receded to almost nothing. Sweet grainy cornish aroma. Light bodied with crisp carbonation, light dry finish. Lightl malt with cereal grain flavour, metallic dry finish.
