2.6 AROMA 3/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 12/20 d07c0m (86) - Ontario, CANADA - JAN 28, 2011
Served out of an ice cold, brown, wide-mouth 40oz bottle. Smells a little industrial and sweet. Taste is bready and bland. Alcohol content is not really perceivable and thus enables easy drinking. Not the worst purchase from The Beer Store.
2 AROMA 3/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 3/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 8/20 bulldogops (311) - Alberta, CANADA - SEP 7, 2010
500mL Can from the Beer Store. 7.1%. Clear, golden pour with a moderate white foam with decent retention. Aroma is grassy, grainy, and boozy. Taste is your standard grainy macro lager, with a little bit more of the rocket fuel burn in the finish, but this is drinkable compared to some of its high alcohol brethren. Not a bad session beer if you enjoy waking up in ditches.

2 AROMA 3/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 4/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 8/20 JRock72 (788) - - AUG 24, 2010
One of those giant bottles with high ABV. Good purchase if all you want to do is get drunk. Barely any taste whatsoever. Good to take to a party or something.

Actually smells pretty good. Looks like what you’d expect. Basically this is an above-average malt liquor. Sweet and alcoholic, but survivable by sipping. It’d be hard to down this fast.
1.9 AROMA 3/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 4/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 7/20 Cornfield (5240) - Oak Forest, Illinois, USA - JUL 4, 2010
I don’t know why there are a mere 380 Malt Liquors on the database (including the faux Malt Liquors from craft brewers) when one can buy 24 ounces of alcoholic canned goodness from the local gas station... which is how I acquired this one. It poured a clear yellow body with a tall fizzy head, which took an early departure. The aroma was a mild blending of corn flakes and alcohol with a liittle confectionary sugar. This is a mild Malt Liquor and a bit thin, watery. It tasted of soiled corn syrup, alcohol, and garden weeds. The finish was dirty alcohol. Actually, fairly drinkable (but not something that I’ll be repeating any time soon) for a "For Real" Malt Liquor.
2 AROMA 4/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 4/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 8/20 drowland (3570) - Tallahassee, Florida, USA - MAY 6, 2010
24oz can into a pint glass. Pours a clear urine golden yellow with a fizzy white head that goes fast. The aroma is dusty cereal grain and dirty water. The flavor is surprisingly clean and grainy, not that sweet ice beer tang. Finishes dry and a bit metallic.

Has the initial flavor of most macro pale ales. The finish, however, is horrible. Alcoholic finish with a lingering aftertaste.
