First of all, CHEAP!!! I am a cheap drunk(Bud or Miller are luxury). I figured my way of drinking these buck-a-beer kinds. Get a lot of lemon and Ice. Drop some ice cubes to water it down as well as put half a lemon per can. Second best bang for the buck in Alberta just behind Molson Carling Black Ice.

341ml bottle pours a pale straw color with a 2 finger white head that settles quickly leaving no lace behind. Aroma is cheap grains and hops. Taste is light malt sweetness and cheap hop bitterness which leaves little to be desired. Cheap price, cheap quality beer.

341 ml bottle. Pours a clear yellow gold with lots of big fizz and a small and quickly disappearing white head. Nose of alcohol and sweet grains. Taste follows. Thin and overcarbonated. Very bad but not entirely disgusting.

I had to overhaul my review, because I downed an 8-pack of this stuff over the weekend, and it wasn’t half bad. Although the colour was an unfortunate urine-like golden yellow, the rest was all good, including a VERY active foamy white head of at least four fingers in depth and some very nice lacing as an end product. The aroma was a pleasant meld of grass/hops/malt, and the taste was indeed of a lager with some enhanced ’grunt’. Mouthfeel was average, and the aftertaste had maybe some sort of caramel sweetness thing going on.

Bottle. Poured clear pale straw coloured with small head. Weak grain aroma. Pretty bland, watery. Some malts and a hint of alcohol for flavour. I bought it just to say I tried it, and I won’t ever again. But still not the worst beer I’ve drank.

I love labatt wildcatt stong. I drink it almost exclusivley. I it is a full bodied beer with a bold taste, especially compared to regular wildcatt, (which i don’t like that much). This beer can compete on an international level with any other strong european brew.

I really hated the taste of this beverage, but if you dont have much dough to spend and you wanna get plastered than this would be the way to go

Ahhhhh! You can’t go camping without shitty beer! And what better beer to drink in the Canadian wilderness than Wildcat? Soooo crappy, but so appropriate! Actually as a malt liquor, it is far more palatable than most.

Bottle- Pale yellow with an active yet receeding white bleached head. Strong adjunct aroma, with a trace of hops, but this stuff is mostly grain. Flavour is malty with some hops, but as it warms, it gains complexity ina malt liquor sorta way. Finish is grainy and sweet, with skunky hops lingering.
