3.4 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20
A golden beer with a huge and white head. The nose is mix of malts, fruits and sourness, overally the aroma is slightly aromatic. Taste is fruitfull, some malts, spices after begonning and the spicyness dominates the end. Medium bodied, strong carbonation. The basic concept is correct, but still something is missing at this simple beer.

4.5 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 5/5 TASTE 9/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 19/20

3.5 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20
330 ml bottle. Lot 442. BBE 04/2014. From saveur-biere.com.
Cloudy pale golden colour with a huge foamy white head.
The aroma is deliciously Belgian yeasty with some malt and play dough notes. The flavour is... wow... this is yummy. Belgian yeast, hops, spices and malt. Balanced. Pure Belgian Tripel and an enjoyable one. A bit fizzy. Tasty.

3.4 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20
Bottle 33 cl. Pale golden in color with a foamy whitish head. Medicinal herbs meets old spices in aroma. Spicyness in taste as well, some mild perfume as well. Feels light considering the abv. Has got a nicy spicy and sweetish aftertaste though.

2.9 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 11/20
33cl Bottle from erickok, thanks Eric! ABV is 7%. Endless gusher. Hazy golden yellow colour with lots of yeasty chunks, white head. Aroma of plastic, a little sourness, lemon, dead yeast, light floral, light funky. Flavour is lots of dead yeast, plastic, alcohol, light floral malts, lemon, a bit of (probably) unintended sourness, light tart-bitter finish. Light to medium-bodied. Not great.

4 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 5/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 15/20
Bottle, 7% ABV. Pours a clean, clear, golden yellow with a smooth, stylish, thick, clean, white head. Just gorgeous all around. Aroma is grainy, a lot of lemon. Turns quickly into a mix of grain and apple. Fermented fruit and apple skin. A light touch of lemon and lime as well as banana. Dried fruit and apricot. Taste is semisweet. Yeasty, spicy, dried and fermented fruit. A lot of floweriness. A lot of flavor and full of it. Palate is quite full with quite a bit - but not too much - carbonation, just enough. Surprisingly good. Definitely leave the yeast in the bottle. An unpleasant metallic tang as well as stuffiness is all they contribute if poured into the glass.

3.4 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 14/20
33cl bottle from Brune Rousse Houblon in Nice, France. Pours a clear, pale yellow colored body with a finger-width, creamy and frothy, white head that dissipates slowly and leaves a nice lacing. Aroma is very floral and fruity with a good amount of vinous white grapes, some yeasty spice, an herbal note, and some lemony citrus notes. Flavor is similar. Vinous white grapes and flowers up front before a light, grainy malt sweetness comes in to balance. A slight herbal note, some yeast, and a bit of a lemony citrus before this finishes dry, vinous and somewhat tart, lightly spiced, and a bit flowery. Fairly lengthy aftertaste following a medium body and a soft, moderate carbonation. Overall, a very unique, tweener type of trippel. Fairly floral and vinous, but there is still some spicy yeast characteristics in here. Solid beer.

3.4 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 16/20
An almost clear, pale body with fizzy carbonation and disintegrating head. Herbal hops make a medicinal and tea like aroma that doesn’t really suit me, but more so the body feels very thin, because of the simple malts used. Taste is better, still not very full bit with a refreshing palate and good own character. Ending is somewhat sweet and too simple, but I still like the appeal, even with its light palate. For those who like flowery triples, this is great. For me, it’s a pleasant surprise that I still would won’t buy again soon. (33cl bottle from Saveur Bière)
