COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Confidence in the glass reveals a pale yellow slightly disturbed that covers a white foam and airy. This admission escape the smell of lemon fruit and cereal. We then discovered a powerful entry in the mouth, which has a malty bitterness tickle the tongue. Flavors of malt and hops come together while the purple is slowly feeling, which is not surprising, because the violet tea into its composition. Aroma which is not invasive, but provides a slight coolness to this strong beer. The finish is relatively smooth with flavors of violets that persist after the end of the glass.

saison yeast - golden, fine white foam, westmalle, fruity, some floral hops, vegetal - hint of cabbage, low carbonation low full body, low carbonation, still acidic, not a typical pale ale... some obvious belgian yeast, melons, sharpness on the palate, very lovely well done

Elle possède un nez très florales avec des notes de céréales. Son goût est bien équilibré avec un arôme de thé. Une couleur blonde dorée et une tenu en bouche légére et sèche.

This beer is supposed to be brewed with violet aromatised tea. Sorry but I didn’t get this in nose nor in mouth. It smells more freshly crusjed grapes and Weizenbier flavours than violet. Mouth is unbalanced, too acid, witbeer like palate with a short fruity finish. Aromatic and palate profile would suit well with a Summertime kind of beer. But this is a 8% ABV beer. Too bad. Not for me !

33cl long kneck bottle, nice label which reminds Japanese art style. Appearance: Gloden blond beer with a white head. Nose dry with floral notes . Taste: smooth, fruity, notes of tea and dry. This beer is like a Belgian Triple beer. Very smooth beer for 8% ABV, nice one!

33cl, bottled. Pours golden in the glass, with a delicate white foam, quite attractive. Floral notes in the aroma. Smooth in the mouth, with hints of vegetables and malts, this beer leaves a slightly bitter aftertaste.

Dégustée @ Maile’s café Lille Color golden blonde, rich and deep nose reveals notes of grain and vegetal notes. The first taste is balanced, slightly tart but subtle and enjoyable. Then appears the floral notes of violets, which accentuate the character smooth. The finish is long and firm. 11.2oz bottle, shared by joet. Thanks, Joe! I sensed Dupont yeast aroma characteristics from this brassy golden pour with an off-white halo. The mineral & chamomile nose, medium body, and moderate carbonation are belied by warming alcohol and white pepper finish.

11.2oz bottle, courtesy of joet. Thanks, Joe! Pours a slightly hazy, golden-straw color; thin, fine-bubbled off-white head. White pepper, dough, and a light herbal backdrop; generally dry with a touch of honey. Medium-full body; modest carbonation. Definitely a white pepper-forward Belgian, tripel-like, with a vibrant, sharp pepper and herbal note compensating for the slightly light carbonation. Toasty, doughy finish; lightly toasty and dry. Tasty stuff.

Bottle 33cl, a cloudy golden beer with head that goes quickly. Nose is very dry like with fruit notes such as red berries. Aroma is fruity, tea notes are there, body is very dry and acidic, aftertaste is low on cherries and redberries, bitter and dry with a malty notes.
