(Bottle) Light peachy straw color with a taller big white bubbly head. Light pale malt, light spice and lemon aroma. Rather straight foeward pale malt flavors in which the alcohol comes out and disrupts this middle quaff. Some really nice malt and hops flavors in the finish. The linger has more alcohol and odd dry spice. A few little tweaks and this will be an outstanding belgian golden ale.

Light yellow orange color, very hazy. A HUGE freakin whitish head. Aroma is yeasty, citrusy and a touch lemony. A medium bodied Belgian Golden Ale. Malts are fruity and sweet. Citrusy flavors, lemon, apricots, peaches and wheat grass. Fairly bright yeasts. Very lively carbonation, perhaps a bit to lively. The carbonation tends to get in the way of some of the flavor. Light and refreshing. Very drinkable. Mouthfeel is full and round. Finish is clean and smooth. Aftertaste is slightly sweet.

Bottle pours light golden with an ever so slight pink hue.   Head is dishwater like (large bubbles), carbonation is light, lacing is minor.   Aroma is very distinct, but not sure exactly what to make of it.   Perhaps some flowers, pears, and a bit of sweet grass.   Definately not like anything I have smelled before.   Taste is again floral, with perhaps some sweet straw flavor as well.   Unsweetened pears maybe?   This is very clean and crisp, finish is smooth but lacks any umph of flavor.   Easily a thirst quencher.   Light and refreshing.   Very interesting to say the least!

Pours with a slightly cloudy pale yellow body topped by a thick, fizzy white head with some lacing. The aroma is sweet with notes of iced tea and lemon, as well as, flowery notes. Similar flavor with a little bitterness in the finish. Light bodied and smooth.
