Lots of sediments, color and cloudiness similar to a Hefeweizen.
Floral aroma with honey, slightly skunky yeast and apple cider notes. Undertone of grassy hops.
Texture more interesting than I expected from a beer this light. A pleasing grainy mouthfeel, and clean slightly bitter finish.
Tastes like an unflilterd belgian but with more hops. Mild floral fruit up front with a nice mild perfumey hops mid and finish.

does not count  May 1, 2008 Cloudy and orangy? smell is slightly off. Taste crescendos to a disappointing dampening hop finish. its no La Connor IPA for sure. some say it has a nice mouthfeel, i guess its up to personal interpretation. This is the 2008 edition and seems flat and unimaginative.

Jan 9, 2008 22 oz. bottle. Has an amber hue with a thin white head. Nice, medium intense aroma of flowery hops. Light / medium bodied with a watery texture. Lightly carbonated. Grainy bread yeast flavor with a mild hop bitterness. Finishes crisp and clean. May 2005.

Dec 26, 2006 Bomber. Pours a murky dark amber with a thin off-white head. Some sweetness in the aroma, caramel and hay. The body is medium with light carbonation. Taste has some spice to it. Grainy and slightly astringent finish. This one doesn’t quite work for me.

Jun 6, 2006 Slightly cloudy amber with a big head. Head sticks around and leaves great lacing. Very Dusty yeast smell...a little bit of sweetness to it. Um, interesting. This is somewhere in between a flemish sour, saison and apa. Very cider-like and medium carbonation. Very sweet. Did not like this much at first sip, but it grew on me a bit. Leaves a crazy sourness on your lips. Very unique, but not great.
