bottle from Aalen. Clear golden colour, mid-sized white head. Hoppy nose with hints of honey. Medium-bodied, malty background with hints of honey and nuts, resiny-grassy hops in the finish.

The bottle like it very much! Drinkable boy. Nice tart. In the first a malty aftertaste forced to share in the foreground, has been replaced then suddenly, to strong and includes recently by the bitter hops. It tasted so bitter to me now no, but quite drinkable

Bottle: Pale greenish-golden, smaller frothy head; distinctive nose of herbal - freshly mowed grass - hops, supported by sweet pale malt; moderate to solid bitter-sweet flavour, light bodied; lingering hayish-hoppy finish with a delicate dry tartness in the aftertaste. Fine german Pils....

(bottle, 33cl) Clear, pale golden colour with a small but dense foamy white head. Slightly sweet pale malty and slightly draffy aroma with citrus-fruity and slightly flowery hops. Sweet-bitter flavour, light to medium bodied with a moderate carbonation. Initially sweet malt upfront, mixed soon after with herbal and slightly citric hoppy flavour, drying out towards the slightly bitter and herbal hoppy finish, unfortunately with a tinge of metal. All in all a decent example of the style. 11.X.10

Bottle. Pale blonde. Just a hint of citrus and grass in the aroma. Malty, grassy, citric soft hopbitter flavor. The balance is OK, just as this pilsener.

Had this both bottled and at the brewery in Germany. Thick, with a bubbly head. Pale golden, almost wheat color. Milt nose, a little hoppy. Bitter, hoppy and filling flavor.

Had this one bottled. Bubbly, deep yellow color with a thick white head, pretty good for a pils, nose of canned corn but balanced, bitter yet satisfying. Apparently, I had mine "too cold". Recommend.
