COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
The lighter version of wheat beer, this is an excellent thirst-quencher after a busy day. A discreet, malty body and a low alcohol content (approx. 40% less) make for a beer that is light and pleasantly sparkling on the tongue while retaining all the healthy ingredients of classic top-fermentation. A fine-pored, persistent head, a rich yellow colour and a clean, fruity-banana aroma are the key attributes of this light wheat beer. On the tongue the beer is well-balanced, harmonious, very fresh and sparkling. It makes an elegant sour impression and the hop bitterness typical of this beer type is well-modulated. The flavours generated during bottle fermentation and the steady yeast component make for a full and pleasant effect on the tongue.

(bottle) Hazy, pale golden colour with a fuffy and slightly off-white foamy head. Yeasty and banana-fruity wheat-malty aroma with a mineralic and clove-spicy touch. Moderately sweet and slightly sour flavour, light bodied with a moderate carbonation. Slim wheaty base with shy notes of banana and a whiff of citrus; almost dry, slim and fruity finish with a slightly tart bitterness and shades of herbal hops. Okay. 08.X.10
