Clear medium orange yellow colour with a average to large, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting to diminishing, white to off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, hay, straw, toasted, light hoppy. Flavour is moderate sweet and bitter with a average to long duration, sweet malt, malty. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. [20111120]

Bottle: Grainy to malty nose with a light hoppy background; pale greenish-golden coloured, smaller white head - sticking to the glass; sweet-bitter flavour, light to medium bodied, quite soft; slightly lingering pale-malty and slight hoppy finish. Good.....

bottle from Toom Aalen. Clear golden colour, mid-sized white head. Malty base, slightly fruity (apple?9 and some shy hops in the finish. Solid Export.

(bottle) Clear, pale golden colour with a medium-sized foamy white head. Sweet biscuity malty aroma with notes of draff and shy grassy hops. Moderately sweet flavour, light to medium bodied with a well-carbonated mouthfeel. Slightly strawy pale malt-character with a tinge of biscuits and slightly grassy and herbal hops; moderately dry malty and slightly hop bitter finish. Clean and just okay. 18.V.10

The bottle looks good, the beer in the glass also. Starts hoppy and spicy, modest sourish in the background. Finish a bit metallically, but all in all well balanced. Not bad!

Bottle. Blonde colored. Soft flowery and grassy hoparoma. Firm grassy hopbitter flavor overruling the still noticeable maltiness. Flowery hopbitter aftertaste. Not bad.

ON tap at the brewery, August. ’05. Bubbly head. Pale golden, lighter than Ladenburger Pils. Mild, almost no nose. Blend of hoppy and wheat-y to make a clean, if not completely flavorful, drink.

Papery, ozonish and rather malty aroma.
A bit thin with some late bitterness. A lot of CO2.
