Birra da agricoltura biologica (organic beer). Brewed by La Fabbrica della birra according to the original recipe from Birreria Artigianale Medievale, via Roma s.n. 18030 APRICALE (IM). Nata ad Apricale su ricetta di Allesandro Tetti ed il maestro birraio Claudio Poletto in una notte di primavera piena di luce ed atmosfera con una luca che cambiava volto e colori esprimendo una sensualità femminile ed elegante come la birra a cui stavamo pensando armonica e raffinata. Tre lune, tre volti, tre birre eleganti Lady beer. Ingredienti: malto d’orzo, luppolo, livevito, acqua.

Bottle at RBNAG-2009. Golden-orange colour with an off-white head. Aroma is fruit, yeast, berries. flavour is fruit, yeast, berries, citrus. Medium body. Easy drinkable beer.

Bottle, at RBNAG 09, courtesy of Sigmund. It pours a slightly hazy, golden body under an off-white head. Fresh, citrusy nose with pale malts. Straight-forward flavor with pale malts as a base, and citrusy hops up front. Medium body, dry and pleasantly carbonated, a bit watery maybe. Citrus-bitter finish. A spritzy, refreshing and quenching beer, but also quite uninteresting. 091107

500 ml bottle sampled@RBNAG 2009, Vatlandsvåg. Dim orange body with a thin white head (actually a bunch of micro floaters in this beer). Aroma is fruity and spicy with yeast. Flavor is mild but sharp malt with a fruity bitterness. A bit to easy on the flavors and thin body, OK thirst-quencher.

Sampled from bottle@RBNAG 2009 in Vatlandsvåg. A thin layer of offwhite bubbles over a clear, deep yellow body. A slight haze caused by ’millions’ of micro floaters. Modest fruit aroma, sweet oranges and banana. Faint yeast, some pepper notes. Not very flavorfull. A light, fairly dry malt body, and notes of yellow fruits and mild spices. Soft in the mouth, maybe a bit watery. Short, fruity finish.

Bottle, at RBNAG 2009 in Vatlandsvåg, thanks to my beer pal Olav. Golden colour, low head. The aroma has notes of Belgian yeast, hints of citrus and spices. Moderate carbonation, soft mouthfeel. The flavour is moderately fruity and spicy, very moderate hoppy bitterness in the finish.
