Nata ad Apricale su ricetta di Allesandro Tetti ed il maestro birraio Claudio Poletto in una notte di primavera piena di luce ed atmosfera con una luca che cambiava volto e colori esprimendo una sensualità femminile ed elegante come la birra a cui stavamo pensando armonica e raffinata. Tre lune, tre volti, tre birre eleganti Lady beer. Ingredienti: malto d’orzo, luppolo, livevito, acqua.

Bottle at RBNAG-2009. Amber colour with an off-white head. Aroma is butterscotsch, fruit, caramel. Flavour is sweet, caramel, fruit, citrus, butterscotsch. Medium body. OK beer.

Bottle, at RBNAG -09, courtesy of Sigmund. A clear, dark amber beer topped by a small, off-white head. Butterscotch, caramel and fruity notes on the nose, quite pleasant considering the butterscotch. The flavor has caramel and some butterscotch, lower levels than in the aroma. Fruity flavors balance the whole thing. Medium body feeling a bit watery, quite dry. Caramel finish. A decent beer, nothing more. 091107

500 ml bottle sampled@RBNAG 2009, Vatlandsvåg. Almost clear amber body with a diminishing, thin beige head. Aroma is caramel with a hint of butterscotch. Flavor is smooth malty, caramel, fruity and light bitter. A bit thin body, otherwise just OK.

Sampled from bottle@RBNAG 2009 in Vatlandsvåg. A finger of lightly tanned bubbles upon a hazed, reddish amber body. Toffee-ish malts and red fruits on the nose. Clean and rounded malt flavor, on the drier side, with a note of toffee, all-spice and mild bittering hops. Smooth and slick in the mouth. Clean malty, light fruity finish. Well-made, good drinkabilty.

Bottle, at RBNAG 2009 in Vatlandsvåg, thanks to my beer pal Olav. Deep sherry-like colour, moderate head. The flavour has notes of caramel but is otherwise fairly dry, moderate hops and hints of burnt caramel in the finish. The mouthfeel is a bit watery.
