COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Hutash, our new wet-hopped harvest ale, boasts the intense presence of Citra tropical fruit fragrance & flavor but with very low bitterness. It’s light (3.8%), bright & a beautiful fall amber color.

Draught at the brewpub. Amber with a white head. Clear. Plenty of stinky tropical fruit citra hops in the aroma. Almost like sticking your nose in a 20kg bag. sticky and resiny but the motufeel is light and clean as well. Finishes super dry and clean. Just a little toasty malt holds up the hop aroma and bitterness is moderate. This is all drinkable fresh hop aroma in a glass without all that pesky alcohol to get in the way. Nice stuff.

Clear amber color with white foam. Big pine sap, grapefruit hoppy aromas. Light bodied with average co2. Nice citrus, pine sap flavors with a light pale malt sweetness--good

Big pine and citrus aroma, resin, slightly dank. Pours amber, white head with good retention and tons of lacing. Flavor makes you think you’re getting into a big, dank IPA, lots of musty hops, resin, pine, grapefruit, malt profile is fairly subtle, some toasty and very light caramel notes. Impressive that this beer is only 3.8% yet so flavorful. Light body, medium carbonation. Very well done.

Draught at the brewery. Wow, this is amazing. A completely flavorful, hop fused ale but only 3.8ABV. A delicate balance of sweetness and bitterness. Light and refreshing. Thank you for making this and making it so good.

On tap at the brewpub. Pours with a clear copper to light bronze hue with a small white head that leaves great lace. Aromas are dank, fruity, tropical and slightly over ripe fruit, citrus. Lightly grassy and herbal. Light esters with a small grainy malt note. Flavors are citrus, grapefruit and tropical fruit. Lightly grainy. Bitterness is medium to a bit light. Very quenching with lasting grassy (dryhop) and fruity notes. Mouthfeel is a touch thin/watery (my only real complaint on the beer). I know its a low gravity beer, but a bit more carbonation might help carry the body a bit more. Other than that, its an absolutely fantastic session beer.
