On tap at their anniversary. Pours with a cloudy golden body with a white head. Aromas of oak, tropical fruit, grass, freshly cut papaya, grainy, candi sugar, and white wine. Flavors of chardonnay, candi sugar, sweet and oaky with phenolics (coriander sticks out). Tasty. Dry, lively and tannic. Very well done.

Draft at Woodshop. Yellow pour. Light and fruity... yeast and slightly tart. I like it, not heavy at all for the ABV.

A: The pour is a very pale golden yellow color with a white head and a mild haziness. S: Not a good aroma at all. Funky, quite cheesy and off-putting, with a hint of tartness and sweetness. T: There is certainly some sweetness to this, which is what you might expect from a tripel. But, there is just a dominant and displeasing funkiness to the beer. M: Light in body with a moderate level of carbonation. D: Just plain un-enjoyable. I would skip this one if you happen to see it on tap.

Mystery tap at woodshop 5.1, nice nose and pur, clear vinous notes, id love to try this side by side with the regular.
