3.5 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 13/20 BelgianBeerGal (2615) - Dayton Area, Ohio, USA - DEC 3, 2011Draught at the brewpub. This was a nice light APA; mild aroma and flavor with slight bitterness. Maybe a touch thin. In complete honesty, I liked the Hutash better.

Tap at Ladyface. Pours clear straw. Webby white foam. Nose is out of control my favorite hop - Amarillo grass and white grapefruit rind. Hell yes. Taste is extremely dry verging on paper astringency. Intense soap and bitter grapefruit rind push an 80 ibu APA into aggressive category. Fantastic. Hints of biscuity fresh pale malt hint at the expertise level of this brewer. My only qualm is that the dryness here is insane. Leave at least a little sugar! This is a Ryan Artuso beer all the way.

Clear golden color/ white head. Dry earthy hop, hay, dusty pale malt aromas. medium bodied. Dusty pale malt flavors with some honey sweetness, dry hay, earthyness. Drying finish--tasty
3.6 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 14/20 SamGamgee (2452) - down the whirlpool, California, USA - OCT 30, 2011
Draught at the pub. Light yellow with a fluffy white head. Fruity and floral aroma with some tangerine and apple. Dry for the most part with just a touch of sweetness and alcohol. Very low malt character. Light bodied with a bitter finish and a little resiny hop flavor carrying through. Not as impressive as the Hutash, but also not as fresh.
2.8 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 12/20 womencantsail (7104) - Garbage Grove, California, USA - SEP 19, 2011
A: The pour is a very pale yellow color with a light haze and a white head on top.
S: Smells rather faintly of citrus hops. There just really isn’t much of an aroma to this beer. Sort of watery with a light malt/bread sweetness. Some hints of sweet fruit and maybe a floral note or two.
T: The flavor is just as bland. Mostly pale malt flavor, not much in the way of hop flavor, a little bit of bitterness and floral hop character. Sort of watery, maybe a touch of grass and lemon rind.
M: Light bodied with low to medium carbonation.
O: After the previous hoppy beer (the IPA), I was hoping this would be good. I was let down.

Light orange in color. great drink to watch football with. Loads of bitterness but it doesn’t stick or get oo heavy.
