On tap. Pours with a hazy golden body and a white head. Aroma is fruity, anise, estery, orange, banana and ripe pear. Taste is candi sugar, orange, pear, some grainy notes. Very spicy yeast strain. Candi sugar is strong, nearly tripel like. Lively bubbles, fruity with a dry finish.

Aroma and first taste is all licorice in this one. It could threaten to derail the light briskness of a saison but this one doesn’t. Really nice and refreshing.
