COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
A Belgian-style Tripel with a marriage of spicy, fruity and alcohol flavors supported by soft malt character. Although considered a substantial ale, its medium-light body would suggest otherwise due to a high rate of yeast fermentation.

Pour on tap at the brewery, golden-orange pour with white head, aroma brought nice tropical fruit, mango, pineapple, nice grassy notes into a bit of biscuit, sweet cracker malts, nice yeasty notes balance in there as well. Taste is big tropical fruit, nice orange, grapefruit as well with the pineapple, mango notes, hints of grass, into cracker, biscuit, bitter yeast, finishing dry, bitter.

Tap at Ladyface. Pours full haze glowing orange. Medium white foam. Good lacing. Nose is fruity pineapple, sweet orange, cantaloupe. More saison dupont derived house yeast. Taste is too chalky and papery. Flavors of cantaloupe, mint, and pineapple can’t express a fresh juiciness given the papery palate.

Back log; from at least two years ago. Really like this style so probably biased. Poured a gold color with a white head. Aroma of alcohol, fruit, apple, and yeast. Flavor was good, with some alcohol bite too it. A solid version of the style.

Pleasant grainy nose with slight sweetness, also some light fruits in the background. Pours mostly clear, light golden color, white head with good retention. Nice balance between Belgian yeast phenolics/esters and light grainy malt profile, well attenuated, very slight sweetness in the finish, booze is well hidden. Medium body and carbonation, smooth mouthfeel. Nice brew.
