Not as much mouth coating as Id like. Could use a little more carbonation, but its from a keg. Enjoyable. A good session beer.

Bottle into lager glass. Pours cloudy amber with 1 finger head. Maltyat first and good, sour finish. Not familiar with the California Common style but like it alot. Worth buying in a sixer if available.

Sweet aroma, slightly amber pour, white head. This one had a hint of everything, malts, sweetness, and mild hops.

aroma is woodsy caramel, pine. appearance is hazy deep gold/amber. medium carb, touch of lacing, pockets of film head linger. flavor is pine, darkened malty, errant fleeting fruits, unique pine character creates balance with excellent caramel. i thought this was an APA as i enjoyed it, the style label here explains some of the ? that floated above my head but nothing explains how interesting and excellent this is.
