Drnk_McDermott (1519), Park Forest, Illinois, USA Aug 16, 2006 Cask sampler at LBC Slightly orangey hop flavor actually works well against the light carbonation of this cask pour. IPA character is not overwhelming, instead it’s a bit sweet and chewy, something like a caramel. Later on, there’s a more pronounced citrus and pineapple hop note. JoeM500 (1877), Chicago (little italy), Illinois, USA Oct 8, 2003 Orange/amber with nice hoppy nose. Caramel maltiness is faint. This would be a lot better with more malt presence because the hops is citrusy and bitter at the finish. Thin body.
