Bottled. A golden beer with a thin a thin off-white head. The aroma has notes of apples. The flavor is sweet with notes of apples, leading to a dry finish. Thanks Pinball for sharing.

Hope I’ve got the right cider here. I thought this was great; simple structure and a little sweet but super gluggable and really tasty. Hints of old oak and musty apples but this mostly cleaned itself up over time. A minerally talcum powder note runs right through the palate, lending an element of seriousness. Great stuff.

Corked bottle, the word Brut doesn’t appear on the bottle
Pale blond color. Woody aroma. Dry mouthfeel but quite sweet taste. Pleasant but inoffensive.
