COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION

Darkish golden body with grey head. Light fruity aroma, figs, light dark malts and not very expressive. Taste is a bit dark fruity but also astringent, vegetable like. Drinks well though. Average brew, not because it’s boring but with ups and downs. (33cl bottle from Au Nom De La Bière)

Hazy light amber color with medium sized compact head. Anonymous aroma, some cabbage and rice. No specific flavor, no specific hop. Boring.

Home 20110326 (33 cl bottle): A golden yellow beer with some yeast and a little white head. Aroma is malty, hop bitterness, which smells citric/fruity like. A small sweet taste with fast a hopbitterness (also some citrus) and a good dry hopbitternes finish

Bottle 33 cl. Pours a hazy golden with a creamy off-white head leaving a discreet lacework. Fresh, lightly citrusy hop aroma. Medium body, lightly sweet fruit, typically French in the sense that it’s a bit dusty in its hoppiness but also distinctly citrusy hoppy leaving a light bitterness. Finally a French brewer who doesn’t shy away from hops completely - I believe he said he used Cascade in this one. Actually almost an APA! 280510
