Ambrée au petit collet. Arômes légers sur le caramel. Bonne amertume car bien contrebalancé par le sucre. Agréable mais pas extraordinaire.

Glowing light misty copper body and grey lace. Sweet caramel malts, some peach, raisin kind of sugar and a bit astringent unfortunately. Misses hop. Taste continues as expected and especially the aftertaste isn’t very refined. Rough yeast. Low carbonation saves things a little but not the top if this brewer’s game. (33cl bottle from Au Nom De La Bière)

Bottle from La Cave à Bulles, Paris, bb 15/12/2013
Hazy amber color with medium sized creamy head. Mediocre aroma of malt and cereals. Round mouthfeel; some caramel flavor, with small residual sweetness and light cereals touch; very light sweet liquorice shade in the end; it has ordinary bitterness.
Easy beer.
