Süß hopfiger Antrunk, würzig, rund. Süß bleibend, auch die Hopfigkeit bleibt erhalten. Vollmundig, süffig malzig. Gut! 11/12/11/12/12/11

Bottle 33cl, a dark amber beer with good head. Nose is very intense on hops notes such as resin, grapefruit and orange. Aroma is on caramel but hops is dominating everithing on passion fruit, grapefruit, vegatable, unfortulately there is almost no wheat notes. Finish is on the same hops notes.

Bottle at La Fine Mousse, Paris. Pours deep copper, white head. Fruity nose and flavours, hints of prunes, decent enough bitterness. Could be deemed original- or with a personality problem.

Bouteille 33cl, BB 12/2015.

Bottle.Dark amber with thick creamy head. Aroma is earthy English hops, flowers, phenols and some light citrus. Taste is quite bitter, some fruits. Alcool is definitly present. Low carbonation and not nearly dry enough. Very different from North American standards.

Deep brown body, somewhat hazy and with frothy light tan head. Looks really nice. Very pleasant hop aroma with forest smells, tropical fruit, bit of fermentation going on, humous malts as backbone. Very autumn like yet hopped and not sweet and dark like your typical autumn drink. Strong bitterness, with only just enough malts to back it up. Rich tasting ending. This might be the first French beer I’ve even had that is perhaps too bitter and too big hopped. Well, I’m not complaining! (75cl bottle from Bière Révolution)

75cl bottle. Hazy brown with low to medium grey head. Nose : tart, agrumes, citrus zest, toffee. Sip : oily texture, low carbonation. Medium texture. Sweet tart flavour. Some toffee. Fruity taste is well balanced. Good beer , reminds Imperial IPA and double belgian. OK.
