Amber pour with a khaki head. Floral and grapefruit zest hop aromas. Some sweet bread and a bit of toast. Light pine on the back end. Flavor is a bit watery and sweet, but there is some grapefruit and floral hop notes. A mild bitterness on the finish.

An exciting addition to my old local brewery. Nice to see them embracing more international beer styles. Lovely and hoppy with a great overall taste and balance. I’ll be picking up more of this next time I’m visiting for sure.

33cl bottle, FR. Pours medium amber orange color with a huge long lasting frothy off-white head. Aroma: moderate malty, fruity (citrus), hoopy, grass, spices and caramel. Flavor: moderate sweet with a dry and fairly bitter finish. Medium body with a soft carbonation. Nice hoopy beer!

Supercoin, Paris tap: Pours copper with off-white head. Aroma is slightly fruity with plenty of resin, a bit of earthiness. Taste is bitter. Not too much citrus style hops going on there. Not particularly my favorite, but somewhat interesting.

11oz bottle (Courtesy of Headbanger) poured into a Shaker at 42°. Color is a murky orange brown with good carbonation and a thick rocky tan head. Aroma is sweet toffee and fruit. It has a medium body giving a crisp fizzy mouth feel. Flavor is malt, caramel and dried fruits then on the end a hint of citrus shows giving it a very mild bitterness. In the after taste the fruit stands out with some yeast joining in. Overall this is a very good brew, not much of an IPA but it is very tasty.
