COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Lots of wheat for a curious malt complexity and leaving it light in color, but huge in flavor and satisfaction

Just had Lagunitas Born Yesterday, and really wish this was a second bottle of that. This isn’t bad. Overly bitter for the amount of hops on board. A finely crafted beer. but flavor is dominated by bitter and the taste follows suit. I never advocate for malt sweetness, but this could handle it. It really needs a little summore hops after the boil. Missing the brightness and tasty flavors that late hoping brings.

Minimal notes, on tap at Trappeze, Athens, GA. For a big beer it was easy to drink, gold color with fluffy white head. Aroma is the nice resinous hop blend of Lagunitas, with hints of sweet malt, taste follows.

Clear gold with a big foamy head. Aroma flowery and piney. Taste balanced and fairly sweet, but with a nice bitter bite. Alcohol present. Fuller body. This would be too heavy for a lawnmower beer, but as a "autumn seasonal" to sit on the porch and watch the leaves changing color, this is just about right.

Smells quite nice, grapey, oniony hops with a sweet malt and spicy note nose. Fairly clear golden color with a quickly fading white head. Nice, if not overly complex flavor. Upfront oniony hops, finishes with a sweet malt and building bitterness. Clean and simple flavors, but quite well balanced and hides it’s alcohol well. Sharp, clean double IPA. Medium/light bodied and average carbonation.

Growler from local distributor. Pours a nice golden yellow with about one finger of head. Nose is citrusy with hints of fresh cut grass, pine and hops. Lots of hoppy flavor. Hints of lemon. Bitter finish.

Pine aroma with honey notes. Average head but leaves better than average lacing. Honey and grapefruit in the flavor with a lingering hop bitterness for the finish.

Bottle at home. Pours lightly orange with a medium head. Smells a lot of caramel and butter scotch. Tastes a lot of caramel, dark fruits, raisins, very high on bitterness. Feels like there might been some hoppiness lost over the Atlantic.

VsXsV (2404) - Linköping, SWEDEN - NOV 5, 2014
Bottle. Clear deep golden liquid with medium off-white head. Aroma of pine, citrus, lemon peel, bread, light earth and fresh hops. Taste is light sweet and light to medium bitter with notes of lemon peel, citrus and bread. Bit wheaty and earthy. Medium bodied with media carbonation. Not that nice hoppiness and murky malt flavor.
