Lots of wheat for a curious malt complexity and leaving it light in color, but huge in flavor and satisfaction
Net contents: Ounces and ounces of Malt, Hops, Yeast and water.

22 oz bottle via Hagen. Pours a clear copper with a huge off white head. Nose is strong with notes of toffee and mango. Taste is sweet iced tea, toffee, biscuits, pineapple, mango and some earthy piny hops. Body is full, this is a bit syrupy. Carbonation is medium. Pretty tasty but more a barleywine than an IIPA as it is very malt-driven.

Bottle. Pours clear gold with a nice foamy head that fades to a film and leaves awesome webbing. Great aroma of juicy peaches, grapefruit, pine, flowers, and honey. Tastes good but a let down based on the aroma. Dry flowers, peaches, and pine. Mouthfeel is a little dry and rough but not terrible. Really good DIPA because of an awesome aroma.

On tap at Mad Mex Robinson. Nice beer. A good introductory IIPA. Aroma was alright. Pine and citrus, but not very big. Had to reach for it. Pour was a nice light bubbly gold with a one finger white head. Taste was nice. Deceptively drinkable, it almost tasted like a session beer. Strong pine and earth flavors with just notes of light malt. Medium carbonation.

12 oz. bottle pours a slightly hazy dark golden color with a small white head and some lacing. Aroma has lots of citrus and pine resin. Taste is bitter with sweetness coming through well after the initial wallop. Body is only medium with noticeable carbonation but a creamy mouthfeel anyway. Alcohol is not as obvious as in most IIPAs, but this beer is much more substantial than a typical IPA. Another winner from Lagunitas, Very easy to enjoy this one.

Another outstanding offering from lagunitas. This brewery is as consistent as they come. Pretty balanced IIPA. More in that in between stage of an IPA and a IIPA but that is splitting hairs. Sweetness comes around near the halfway point and ends strong without the syrupy sweetness that defines a lot of IIPA. Booze is well hidden. Damn good beer! ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Pours a clear, classic golden with a short, white, well-retaining head. Mild, creamy, tropical fruit nose. Creamy/oily mouthfeel with a light carbonation scrub. Some warmth appears on the middle of the tongue midway. The pull into the mouth yields some citrus and pine. So e creaminess comes through. Sweetness emerges more about 2/3 of the way through. Magnificent and quaffable.

Sweet, bready aroma, hints of citrus. Golden color with a mild lace. Huge, aggressive taste that pops your eyes open on first sip. Strong pine, grapefruit, malt -- it’s a powerhouse. And at 8.5%, wow, that is a tasty DIPA. Usually at 8.5% we’re on the border of sweet and boozy, but this is still very juicy.

Clear light golden color with big off white head. Big citrus aroma with tropical fruits, chives and pine. Juicy grapefruit start with light grassy malt, sweet onion, slight mango and a pine finish. Thick mouthfeel. This is an amazing tasty beer.
