3.6 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20
Dark golden color that pours with a large, white head. Aroma is piney with sweet, caramel background. Taste is very mellow for an IIPA, but is not bland by any means. Is a very solid beer, although not necessarily that memorable.

4.7 AROMA 9/10 APPEARANCE 5/5 TASTE 10/10 PALATE 5/5 OVERALL 18/20
Poured into a special IPA glass, golden with a beautiful head of foam that slowly diminishes in size. More of an amber golden color, that fills the mouth with pineapple and guava aftertaste. The alcohol is well balanced, and present only after a while .
Great beer, a keeper.

3.4 AROMA 4/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 16/20
Mild citrus on the nose. Body of an IPA. Flavor is a flat malted citrus, and the finish is much warmer than expected. Extra?

Associated, Bushwick growler: pours orange with a thick white head. Aroma is citrus, sugar, yeasty. Taste is bitter. Body is kind of thick. Sweet and hoppy aftertaste. Good stuff.

4 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 17/20
Poured clear golden with medium white head. Fruity, sweet aroma. Lemon, grapefruit, clove. Sweet lemon flavour, grapefruit, wood, raisins. Nice bit hoppy finish. The alcohol lingers ever so slightly. Really nice beer!!

3.8 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 17/20
As good as Lil’ Sumpin’ Sumpin’, maybe better. Pours a paler yellow with average head. The aroma is sweeter and cleaner than Sumpin’ Sumpin’. So is the flavor. The wheat malt is discernibly milder and more buttery, but the beer certainly doesn’t lose any of the original recipe’s bitter edge. I love it when Lagunitas releases these variants. Another slight but brilliant departure from a reliable brewery.

Such a nice beer. Hops, wheat, sweet backbone. I will remember this. A little better than the sumpin sumpin.

Rating 1199 - 24.07.2014- Beer Revolution 8oz draught. Clear golden pour with a bubbly white foam, spotty lacing. Citrusy sweet, mild floral hops on the nose.. Mouthfeel crisp, mild alcohol warmth, low-medium carbonation. Taste is sweet orangey notes, ruptured with a sharp dry bite. Very nice

Pours clear golden with a small cream-ish head. Very fruity and hoppy smell. Has a strong hoppy/grapefruit taste with an ever so bitter finish. Quite good.

3.8 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 15/20
Pours a clear golden with a medium white head that leaves pretty good lacing. Nose is of piny hops and resin. A bit of alcohol but not too much. Taste is moderately sweet and bitter, offers more resin. Again, alcohol is felt but is not bothersome. Body is medium, carbonation moderately high and mouthfeel is a bit oily. Overall a pretty good IIPA, I’d have that again!

3.2 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20
Pours clear amber with a frothy eggshell head. Aroma features firm hoppy and malty notes plus hints of wood and fruit. Flavor takes these up a notch, except the fruit, which goes up two notches - clearly mainly pear plus some apple. Woody hops definitely make themselves known but impart very little bitterness. Mouthfeel presents average body but some decent fizz. A little sumpin’ enjoyable!
