3.5 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20
Clear light amber color with a white head. Nice big piney, floral hop aromas. Medium body. Hop driven flavor is bitter pine, lightly sweet florals on a thin pale malt base.

3.7 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 14/20
Bottle. Huge piny hop presence with medium caramel and a lot of grapefruit and lychee. A little doughy malt, oily resin and just lots of bright, cheery punch. Dull, clear orange body with a lacing, spoonable beige head. Taste is bitter and, forgive my flippancy, exactly like all the other Lagunitas offerings (hop bombs) Iíve had, save the substitution of a sunnier hop profile for the overdense caramel and brown sugar. Very dry (bone) aftertaste. Alcohol is strong but not too burny, medium-full body and still a hell of a lot of fun to drink!

3.6 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 14/20
Bottle: Pours a nice orange color with light head. The nose is very bright and grassy with orange and lemon, a touch of light malts too. The flavor is hoppy too with a light bitterness, medium body and a light mouthfeel. A bit of toasty resin towards the back of the tongue. Straightforward.

3.8 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 16/20
Sampled at WBF in Duham - pours a golden color - much lighter than many IPAs I have had lately. The aroma is very typical Lagunitas - tons of hops and tons of citrus. Very tasty IPA that tastes just like it smells - hops and grapefruit - with some piney aftertaste. This was a signature Lagunitas brew for sure.

Bottle. Pours a gold-amber color with a small white head. Sweet grapefruit and soft pine aroma. An initial flavor of sweet citrus and malt finishes crisp and hoppy. Dry texture with perfect carbonation. Very smooth and well balanced representation of the style.

3.6 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 15/20
Bottle from my local. Nnwiiice, but IPA? Pours a gilded gold. White head is on the small side with colossal rings of lacing. Astounding mouthfeel, smooth and crisp. Dry and hoppy taste, biscuits, citrus, and pine...maybe nuts? Easy to put back.

3.5 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 15/20
Tangy and sweet citrus aroma with some brown sugar. Similar on the flavor with lots of grapefruit and some smokey notes, fresh and hoppy with a smooth sweetish finish.
