Way smooth and silky with a nice wheaty-esque-ish-ness. Just the little sumpin’ sumpin’ we all need to kick Summer into full swing! Ingredients: Hops, Malt, Hops, Hops, Yeast, Hops, Water, and Hops.

Orange gold pour with a big, fluffy, white head. The aroma is dried apricot, mango, honey, grapefruit, orange and milk caramel. The flavor has loads more sweet apricot and mango with some bready caramel malt body fading to bitter grapefruit and orange. This is a touch cloying but has a really nice bright citrus hop profile. The body is velvety with soft, plentiful carbonation. I really like the flavor of this one. Much more fruity and distinct than all of Lagunitas’ other beers.

Bottle. Pours golden coloured with a nice egg white head. Very fresh and fruit aroma with notes of lemons, grapefruit, pale malt and pine. Flavours of lemons, grass, resin, light malt and grapefruit. Very drinkable brew. A bit simple - and that’s meant in a good way.

Bonus from trade, sorry I dont recall who sent it. Either way BIG THANKS! Hazy orange pour with a fluffy off white head. Grapefruit and pine on the nose. Resinous flavor similar to the aroma. Solid IPA and I swear this is what the standard iPA used to be like.

I swear that this company has a dozen big sweet IPA’s like this one, and I have enjoyed every one of them that I have had.......Sampled on draft at the Rivertowne Pub this beer poured a bright orange-amber color with a medium sized white head. The aroma was strong with sweet grapefruit and pine. The flavor was strongly bitter, tangy and tart with solid presentations of grapefruit, pineapple and resin and supported well by a thick sweet malty base. The finish was long, sour, tart and fruity. Very good.

UPDATED: MAY 16, 2013 Bottle. Pours a hazy orange gold body with a good amount of white head. The aroma is citrus hops and sweet malt. The flavor is the same, the flavors are extremely well balanced, particularly the hops and fruit flavor. Great IPA.

Tap. The beer pours to a clean gold body with a thick lasting fully coating white head and sexy lacing. Aroma of simcoe or summit. Sweet juicy hop flavor with a mouthwatering palate. Fantastic mouthfeel. Very nice IPA.

Enjoyed this one. Light brown pour. Spicy hop nose with citrus hops too. Flavor is well integrated hops and malts....citrus, pineapple, pine and a good carbonation made me with it wasn’t over.

6-pack in Calgary. Lasting head on dark amber. Spicy woody pine and citrus hop nose. First impressions: Light body. Strong malt. Long finish. Second impression it some how seems a cross between a summer ale and an IPA. Beer seems to evaporate off the tongue before you can describe what you are tasting. Hold it in your mouth and you get hops folowed by citrus hops and apricot. Just hops and an alcohol whiff left behind. Something about it seems a little lacking. I can’t quite palce it. Will have to drink the other 5 for R&D.
