Way smooth and silky with a nice wheaty-esque-ish-ness. Just the little sumpiní sumpiní we all need to kick Summer into full swing! Ingredients: Hops, Malt, Hops, Hops, Yeast, Hops, Water, and Hops.

INFORMATION: 12oz bottle with no freshness date. I know that Lagunitas usually puts a code on the bottle from which you can determine what day of the year that it was brewed, but there is no such code here. This bottle is from this Springís batch, so itís pretty fresh. 64 IBUs....7.5% ABV.

APPEARANCE: Pours a pale yellow-orange color with a good two fingers worth of off-white colored head floating on top. Plenty of carbonation bubbles visible within the glass. Pretty good clarity for a wheat beer. Impressive lacing sticking to the inside of the glass with each sip.

NOSE: Orange, lemon, mango, juicy fruit gum, musk melon! This beer is fruiTy with a capital T! Behind the wall of citrus lies subtle hints of this being a wheat beer.

TASTE: Good light wheat flavor up front, but itís short lived. Fruity flavors come rushing in just as the aroma suggest. Thereís a touch of hop bitterness towards the middle, but this beer is big on the citrus, and not so much on the bitterness. The flavor of the wheat shows itself again towards the back end. Soft fruity finish begs for you to take another sip.

MOUTHFEEL: Medium bodied with a soft carbonation.

OVERALL: The best of the best where wheat beers are concerned.

Moreyís Bottom Line: The first time that I had this, I was floored. Iíve had it several times since, and nothingís changed. If you see this, by all means....grab a six pack!

Bottle. Pale orange/gold. Thin white head. Savoury aromas, with pine, earth, hops, caramel notes. Big oily mouth feel dominated by pine, earth and sweet caramel throughout. Big, delicious beer. One is enough. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Pours a very light golden color. Smell of citrus, a bit grassy and sweet. Tastes of citrus hops, a bit of the piney hops - but minimal. Malt and wheat backing. Sweet tasting. Has a hop bitterness, but not a hop bomb. Soft carbonation. I might be picking this one up more often.

355 ml bottle. Clear golden amber topped by a sudsy but lasting white head. Moderate carbonation. Aromas of melon, pears, pineapple, pie crust, pepper, coriander and spice. Taste is luscious tropical fruit up front lifted by peppery hops all backed up by rich, slightly sweet malt. Lingering tropical fruit aftertaste. Excellent.

Bottle pour into shaker pint glass from One Stop Market, Haverhill, MA. Aroma is floral, fruity hops over base malts. Appearance is slightly hazy very light yellow with good sparkle, two-finger width head foamy white head with sticky foamy lacing. Taste is sweet fruit with herbal, grassy bitterness. Palate is light-to-medium bodied with thin texture and soft carbonation, Dry, fruity bitter finish. Overall, good IPA with more flavorful hops than bitter.

One of my favorite beers, great aroma and taste, very drinkable. In my opinion its the best of Lagunitas I have tried so far.

This is one of my primary go-to beers these days. Itís a big, malty beer, nicely balanced with hop character. Good beer, good price, Iíll take another.

Usually I am not huge on ales that are this hoppy, and itís about my limit, but this was a great one! A bit citrusy but again not too much. Probably the most balanced ale, at least for my palate, Iíve tasted.

Poured from bottle. Light cold colour. The nose on this is great so much citrus and hops and the taste follows perfectly.

Beautiful brew with a citrus and tropical hop to complement a light and wheat based malt with a crisp and rrefreshing finish. The bitterness is in good balance with a burst of citrus and light pine resin. Good brew!
