Way smooth and silky with a nice wheaty-esque-ish-ness. Just the little sumpin’ sumpin’ we all need to kick Summer into full swing! Ingredients: Hops, Malt, Hops, Hops, Yeast, Hops, Water, and Hops.

Fantastic drinking beer. Malt on the nose reminiscient of a brown ale. Then the high alcohol and perfect hops hit you. This is a nice smooth beer.

Bottle from vons. Not quite as good as a normal lagunitas ipa in my opinion. Hoppy and has the distinctive lagunitas flavour. Seems like it should do more given the percentage

Bottle at Evernote in Redwood City, CA. Aroma is mild pine, citrus. Taste is clean and crips IPA, maybe a bump up from an APA. Good stuff.

Piney, sprucey hops are followed by bright fruits (mango, peach), sustained by hay and honey for a well-rounded, if a bit medicinal, aroma. The mouthfeel is moderately syrupy and adequately fizzy. The taste is bitter, with residual sugary sweetness for a dry, astringent finish. Flavors are pine, mango, citrus, and some interesting sweet/herbal notes: eucalyptus, honey, turbinado sugar, and very light molasses notes. Delicious.

A good IPA smooth easy to drink, has the right combination of malts and hops not overly bitter would recommend.

A litte hint of mustard in the aroma that is present in the malts as well. Piney hops in the finish. Tastes like an English barleywine.

This is my favorite IPA. If you like grapefruit & citrus tastes & smells in your beer, you’ll probably like this. It is my go-to beer during football season.

UPDATED: OCT 30, 2015 Lighter fare pale ale. Not near add amber as most, taste was great but short lived. Should make this a candle scent though

Bottle. Head is initially average sized, frothy, white, mostly lasting. Body is dark yellow. Aroma is lightly malty (toasted grain), lightly to moderately hoppy (grapefruit, resin). Flavor is moderately sweet, lightly to moderately acidic, lightly to moderately bitter. Finish is lightly sweet, lightly to moderately acidic, moderately to heavily bitter. Medium body, watery texture, lively carbonation, lightly astringent. Very simple and generic/plain...the hops don’t really jump out and they’re just the usual grapefruit-resin variety...nothing else at all going on in the nose. Ok flavor balance but rather abrasive and citric. Meh.
