A nice ale with a decent hopprofile. Doesn’t really stand out in any way, but wellbrewed, green and very drinkable!

A little better then their standard IPA due to the addition of wheat. Decent ale that is refreshing and hoppy. Less sweat then their standard IPA.

On tap at the brewery. Pour is clear golden with a big white head and great lacing. Weedy, grassy, piney, slightly fruity, caramelly, and bready aroma. Taste is weedy, resinous, grapefruit peel, caramel backbone, bready, and piney with a big bitter finish. Sticky mouthfeel with high carbonation. Another solid IPA from these guys.

outtadabottle review. This bottle feels so good in my hands. Short neck. Rustic paper label. It's like I'm willing giving a hand job to an odd shaped wiener and lapping up the succulent juices within, every time I touch it. It's excited and rigid every moment I push it into my mouth with the aid of my 5 flexible hand-boners, that never want to let it go. Yeah, it smells like hops and lime, but once it's in my throat, it and my body, transcend to worlds it never imagined. This beer is tasty.

Ar: Zesty orange, lemon, pine, and grapefruit - some caramel, too. Ap: Clear orange with a large off-white head - great retention, and a thick rings and fingers of lacing. T: High, clean bitterness up front - medium-low sweetness, with a light caramel note - lots of hop flavor, with grapefruit, fresh orange, pine, lemon, and tomato plant - finish is cleanly bitter, with some lingering pine and grapefruit notes. P: Medium bod with high carbonation - finish is dry. O: Very good IPA - big, bright hop flavor, a firm, clean bitterness, and a touch of malt to balance things out just a bit.

I think this is actually an American Pale Wheat Ale. Normally, a Wheat ale is not a go-to beer for me, but this one is an exception. I drank one of these without knowing it was a wheat beer, I thought it was an unusual but exceptional I.P.A.. Whatever it is, it’s really good. It has some nice yeast esters in the smell and flavor. It has a variety of fruity flavors and a nice malt backbone: quite unique. Good on ya, LaGunitas.

On tap @CBC13. Clear light amber with white head. Aroma of bread, caramel, citrus, perfume and pine. Taste follows with same notes and finishes with a nice bitterness.
