4.1 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 5/5 TASTE 9/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 16/20
Enjoyed on draft at Wild Monk. Served in a Stone IPA shaker pint.
A: Pours a clear golden yellow color with a nice one finger height of pure white head forming on the pour. It recedes slowly to a thick cap and collar that leaves some nice sheets of lace down the glass.
S: Juicy citrus on the nose. some candied orange and definite tangerine. Sweet wheaty malts are present on the back end as well.
T: Nicely hopped just like the nose. Burst of citrus fruits and tree fruits with a little bit of lingering herbal bitterness to give it another depth of flavor. There is a nice cracked wheat and sweet malt body to the beer as well.
M: Medium to light bodied with a nice medium high carbonation level. The finish is creamy and sweet with a tinge of bitterness.
O: I’m very impressed by this beer. Great citrus hop presence with a sweet malt and wheat body. I will definitely revisit in the future.

3.9 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 16/20
Pours beautifully golden, white creamy foam. Looking good and tasty. Aroma is relatively subdued, maybe a bit of wheat clove character in there, grain sweetness and also fresh grassy hops. Taste is super clean, has some creamy texture, yet feels balanced and displays a decent long hop linger in the finish. This is not really feeling easy-drinking - but it feels delicious and enjoyable in a somewhat rough, yet clean way. Superbly balanced, a beer with the texture.

Great aroma and fresh notes behold a bitter and delight taste. More heaviness in its expression needed for my taste, but overall a very god beer - worth trying.
