Pours a thick, glassy amber with an assertive aroma of grapefruit, pine sap from an orange tree, and slippery hops. Flavor is a white grapeg/grapefruit hybrid that leaves a trail of doughy pne as it travels along the tongue. Thick and slippery on the tongue. Good but not fantastic.

22oz bottle. Pours a lightly hazed, deep golden colored body with a finger-width, creamy, white head that dissipates quickly and leaves a nice lacing throughout. Aroma is pretty awesome. Tons of fresh grapefruit and pineapple pines with a very nice Belgian yeast backing that gives off a really pleasant fruity ester. Very solid malt backing with some sweet caramel and wheat. Fruity florals, dense and earthy socks (not offensive), peaches, tropical fruits, bubble gum, and apricots. Very impressive aroma. Flavor is solid as well, just not quite as rounded and complex as the aroma. It definitely leans more towards the hops with lots of citrus pines, spicy earth, and sweet florals up front. Lots of fruity esters again with a distinct Belgian yeast and some bubble gum, apricots, and peaches, but the hops dominate these flavors along with the sweeter wheats and caramels that offer a sturdy balance. Finishes yeasty, spicy, and very dry with some bubble gum and fruit along with lots of hops that give off a medium-high bitterness. Light alcohol warmth as well before a lengthy aftertaste that follows a medium-full body and medium-high, soft, creamy carbonation. Overall, a very intense, well made beer. Loaded with hops and a really nice Belgian yeast backing. I haven’t said "Whoa" to an aroma like this in quite some time, so that’s saying something. Very impressed.

Pours deep gold into a snifter. Bright white head with medium retention recedes to hug rim. Sweet caramel, wheat, marshmallow and resin aromas. Medium bodied with sweet marshmallow and brett from front to back. Lasting brett finish with a very mild grapefruit background.

Bottle. Pours a clear glowing viscous-looking orange with a nice fine frothy white head. Aroma is clean and peachy with nice light banana notes, slight eraser, some light esters, and just a bit of alcohol. Flavor follows, plenty of bubblegum, banana, medium sweetness, with a bit of a boozy kick in the finish, some lasting bitterness and a bit of a sharp tart candy sweetness. Medium bodied, watery with spreadout sharp fizzy carbonation, still leaves a slight jello-like syrupiness in the mouth.

Golden orange pour with thin white head, lots of lacing. Aroma is herbal, belgian-like, hoppy. Flavor is bubblegum, citrus, some bitterness. A bit of honey. SOme grass and slight earthiness. I dunno, seems like a good belgian IPA, but not a wild IPA by anymeans. Medium bodied, lots of carb. Not sure what else to say.

Dark golden pour, fluffy white head. Floral hops, nice yeast, some herbal qualities too. Flavor is bitter, but not crazy bitter. Nice and earthy and herbal hops, yeast, light fruitiness. Pretty damn good stuff.

Bottle. Pours a golden color with a fluffy white head. The aroma is hoppy and really just smells like an IPA. Hop notes are complimented with subtle belgian yeast aromas like banana and clove. Hoppy start that then transitions to sweet with a nice belgian yeast flavor that balances well with the hops. Wild? No, not in the sense of is is funky/sour/etc. This is more like a Belgian IPA to me and in that matter I really like it. Medium outhfeel. My only knock is that it is pretty sweet and malty but other that I think it is a solid beer.

Big funky, skunky hop aroma that gets amplified, somehow, by the Belgian yeast. Big hops in the flavor, but it does not have a big, bitter finish as you might expect. Pretty good.

(22oz bottle--8.85%abv). Pours golden with huge head that laces very nicely. Active carbonation. Aroma has awesome florals, but also a peppery component to go with some light spicy ginger or clove. Really nice. Some sweetness to go with the hoppy bitterness. Medium bodied with oily texture. Fizzy on the tongue with pleasantly bitter/sweet finish (sweet grapefruit). Alcohol is warming, but not overpowering. I like the regular sumpin’ sumpin’ and this one does not disappoint either. Well balanced beer.

Sampled at the GLBF in Racine, WI., but more recently at Lunar Brewing Co. in Villa Park, IL. Dispensed to a shaker with a clear, golden hue, a light orange tint to the creamy, off white head, and lasting, draping lace. The aroma was perfumey floral, fruit, some spice, bubblegum, and a light banana hint. The flavor added alcohol, substantial & lasting hop bitterness, some sweetness, and smooth malt. Finished on a dry note. Very nice, and a little more potent than the stated 7.8%.
