Tasted at the Wet Hop Event at the Hayward Bistro. Pours a hazy gold with bright white head. It has a big aroma of grapefruit hops and sweeter citrus orange juice. Very nice. The malts are there in the flavor but just for a moment. Then they get crushed by a citrus hop explosion of grapefruit hop bitterness, orange citrus hop bitterness and solid fresh green wet hops. The trickle of malt sweetness shows up from time to time. Nice offering.

Tasted on tap at the 2007 Bistro Wet Hop IPA Festival. This IPA pours a slightly hazy orange gold color. Medium sized white foamy head. Aroma is pine, citrusy and orange. A medium bodied IPA> Malts are fruity and sweet. Hops are citrusy and orange. Very orange flavored, kind like orange juice maybe, but definitely in a good way. Good balance. Medium to high hop bitterness. Lots of residual bitterness and a touch dry. Mouthfeel is full. Finish is crisp and dry. Aftertaste is bitter.

Draft at The Bistro Wet hop Festival. Probably my favorite beer of the fest! Murky copper color. Very resinous, pine and grapefruit hop aroma. Somewhat sweet but very hop forward and bitter. Very clean taste and simply amazing aroma!
