The color of this beer is an opaque very dark brown with a large tan head, and the aroma blends roasted coffee beans, cocoa nibs, and caramel malts. The taste has a mild malt bitterness, mild umami, slight sweetness, and a touch of sourness, creating a complex and pleasant flavor; the palate fuses a soft carbonation, medium-full body, slick and thick texture, and a finish that is similar to coffee bitterness with a hint of sweetness.

650ml bottle into Megamug; served cool. I canít find a date on the bottle, but the ABV is 9.2% and OG is 1.076. There are some numbers towards the neck of the bottle: 025 4 6690 0332 Aroma: Strong coffee aroma, with just a little bit of chocolate. Roasty. Appearance: Opaque, dark brown body with a dark tan, foamy head. Superb lacing. Taste: Very, very dark roasted coffee. Itís like having whole beans in your mouth. Roasty, maybe even burned, coffee. Quite bitter. Barely any chocolate notes. Palate: Full bodied, but not creamy or thick. Moderate amount of prickly carbonation. The carbonation feels slow, if that makes any sense. The finish lasts quite a bit, and is all bitterness. Overall: I donít know why this is a "cappuccino" stout. It doesnít have any creamy, foamy flavors, and it tastes more like doughnut shop coffee than espresso. Itís good! I wish they had pursued more creamy flavors and textures.

Tap. Deep, dark brown color with a tan head. Aroma is coffee with hints of chocolate and vanilla. Taste is like a delicious coffee. Really tasty.

Pours a deep brown almost black color with a roasted coffee aroma. Taste is rich with an espresso flavor mixed with a dark malt. A nice colombian coffe flavor after the swallow that dissipates and blends well . A good limited release that is very flavorful.

22 oz bomber into a glass. The pour is rather lightish brown as it pours and sea to settle up at a medium brown, hinting toward dark with a decent foamy head and some decent lacing. The aroma is devastatingly thin for a beer with this name. There is a mild coffee aroma and some solid roasty malts, but there is no dominating coffee that I'd want to see. There is almost a little bit of it that smells like dirt, or just the soil that the malts come from, bits strange. The flavor is just as weak. There is a little bit of bitter coffee up front, but it fades out quickly in lieu of the roast and a surprising lightness. The mouth feel is really watery, with a really soft carbonation and an aftertaste that is almost forcing a dry coffee on, but faded moderately quickly ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Bottle (í13 I think). Dark brown, nearing black pour with a froth of tan foam. Coffee is faded quite a bit but itís there in the background underneath heavier sweet malt and dark fruit with dense fudge. Taste is chocolate/fudge with thin, bitter coffee and heavier dark malt with plum. Some alcohol as well on the finish. Somewhat light mouthfeel. Pretty good beer Iíd say.

This is a pretty good stout. I like the coffee notes and burnt aftertaste. Not overly complex to really push it into that amazing category for me.

From the 650 ml. bottle. The pour is deep dark black with a modest off-white head. Opaque. The aroma brings out those dark roast coffee notes with dark roasted malts balancing it all out. Low hop character. The body is medium. The taste is sweet and roasty thanks to all those coffee grinds I expect. Alcohol is very well integrated. You donít realize it is 9.2% ABV.

Shared bomber. Good, fresh coffee with roasted stout underlying taste. Nice example of a coffee stout.
