From the 650 ml. bottle. The pour is deep dark black with a modest off-white head. Opaque. The aroma brings out those dark roast coffee notes with dark roasted malts balancing it all out. Low hop character. The body is medium. The taste is sweet and roasty thanks to all those coffee grinds I expect. Alcohol is very well integrated. You donít realize it is 9.2% ABV.

Shared bomber. Good, fresh coffee with roasted stout underlying taste. Nice example of a coffee stout.

Pours a pitch black with a one finger tan head with some light lacing. Aroma is of coffee, roasted malt, vanilla, caramel, and some molasses. Taste is similar to the aroma with some nice coffee, vanilla cream, caramel, and light coco notes. Has a medium-full body with a creamy, silky mouthfeel, and a slightly bitter, medium-long finish. Overall, a pretty tasty stout that almost taste like a cappuccino has has the creaminess of a cappuccino.

A fine stout but really doesnít taste any more like coffee than many stouts that donít have any added.

Pretty disappointed, tastes n smells like most stouts to me, was expecting more cappuccino taste. Reminded me more or straight black coffee..... not bad, just wanted more

4/18/14. Draft at Bull McCabes. Pours like a typical stout. Minimal head. Roasty notes in the nose. Lots of roasted malt notes in the mouth. Quite bitter but still tasty. Might overstay its welcome on a second pint. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone
