The color is black/brown and i can see through the beer. The head is creamy and nice. The aroma has nice notes of coffee and the flavour has a lot of coffee, a light sweetness, light hints of licorice and a light bitterness, that develops further in the finish. It’s a very charming stout, it’s light but still it has a lot of body. Thank you Linus_Stick/Alan for this nice stout! 2317

smell and tastes as advertised, cappuccino! the aroma is chocolatey with hint of coffee and alcohol and the flavor is fruity; very chewy and enjoyable.

Great coffeesque aroma and appearance. Head was a little understated, but not bad. Palate was suprisingly smooth, which I was not crazy about. When drinking what is essentially an imperial stout, I’d rather prefer a little more bite in the palate. Taste is of fine roasted coffee and burnt grounds, which is good. Overall, a pretty strudy beer for anyone who enjoys stouts.

The aroma is of chocolate and roasted malt. The color is a deep black with a decent tan head. A full bodied flavor of roasted malt and coffee finish can be tasted on the palate.

A Mes rate: bottle thanks to my good mate Duff McShane. Supped up on Primrose HIll with Sim and Pauline.
Black body with a good creamy beige head. Big ass coffee aroma with loads of caramel some vanilla and slight alcoholic notes. More oatmeal than cappucino in the mouth. Milky cocoa, quite powdery and lots more oatmeal plus a faint bitterness in the finish.

On tap. Poured a rather lighter shadfe of black ruby, if that makes any sense. On aroma of roasted coffee and chocolate with hints of spicy hops comes from this beer. Yes there is cappuchino in this beer, you just dont taste it until about ten seconds until after you swallow it. The rest of the flavors are all nicely balanced with notes of *suprise, suprise* roasted coffe and chocolate. A rather tasty beer that my girlfriend is rather fond of.

(22 oz. bottle from <A HREF=http://www.ratebeer.com/Place/massachusetts/w target=blank>Julio’s Liquors) Really does taste like cappuccino...Pours very dark coffee brown. Three fingers of tan head that recedes to a fluffy 1/2". Nose of vanilla, coffee and caramel. Mouthfeel fairly smooth, a bit oily. Flavor of roasted coffee with notes of capucccino and dry cocoa. A bitter smack through finish. Liked the flavor alot, would have been almost excellent with a more silky and slightly meatier palate.

Bought a bomber at Arrow Liquors in Littleton, Co. Only $3.99! Appearance- Dark Brown with great clarity and a creamy tan head which sticks around for a while. It’s pretty light in color for a stout, but the thin part of the glass produces a mahagony color that really adds to the experience. Aroma- Coffee, woody-aroma, with some toffee notes. Taste- Coffee and roasted malt comes through, there are enough hops to balance, but the maltiness comes through well. There is a carmelly sweetness that prevails. The alcohol taste is very present. Palate- Very drinkable, a little thin, but sometimes I like that, as long as a malt backbone comes through, which it does. Overall Impression- Great beer, extremely drinkable.
