COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
This ale contains no actual copper but we’re pretty literal... It looked coppery, so we lamely called it a copper ale. Lots’a nice caramel malt though... Originally 5.9% alcohol by volume, currently

Bottle. Mild malt and alcohol in aroma, with slight hints of brown sugar and caramel. Dark copper, very hazy, small thick orange’ish white head - nice. Sweet malt taste. Touches of caramel, with slight tea-like hops and absolutely no alcohol. Mouthfeel is surprisingly watery and on the thin side, which does detract. This is a mild strong ale which you would expect much more prominent flavours from. What is there though is good and I ultimately enjoyed it. Shared with DougShoemaker.

35 cl bottle. No yeast at the bottom. Amber colour with a weak head. Aroma of light caramel and malt. Flavour of hops and light caramel. Ends up very refreshing with a sweet and bitter finish.

Nice reddish-copper color. Pleasant malt aroma, nice subtle fruit notes. Flavor is smooth and rich, almost creamy malty. Finishes lightly sweet, nice touch of hops. A very nice drinking beer. Can’t even taste the alcohol presense.

This is a great session beer. Lots of big malt flavors, but still remains extremely well balanced and easy to drink. Some great fruitiness in their as well, and just enough hops in the aftertasteto finish out the fine balancing act.

Bottle. Pours a deep amber red with a full head. A wonderful aroma of citrus and pears. Not too heavy with a definite alcohol taste. Not too bitter or malty.

Comes across like a big amber ale, in color and in flavor especially. Very malty, sweet, with caramel, fresh apples, and an earthy hop bitterness to balance it out. Quite drinkable, and with a 7.7% ABV, potentially dangerous.

By the way, this is my first censored Kronik. Ever.

On tap[ @ Falling Rock poured a clear coppeer with a small lasting white head. Aroma was fruity, carmel and a hint of citrus. Palate was light bodied and smooth. Flavor was vegtal and carmel with a smooth dry finish.

Delicious earthy, iron-like and sourdoughy malt is huge here. Grapefruit melds very nicely on the top. The aroma is fresh, and the whole filtered bundle is very nice tasting. A little short on palate points (thinnish). If it is really 7.7% it’s gonna be dangerously drinkable.

Clear ruby color with a big beige head. Aroma of malt, with some citrus when its first poured. Flavor of malt with tangy citrus hops in the background and finish.

Pours a copper colour with a tan head that disappears quickly. Malty aroma with lots of hops in the background. Sweet malty flavor with some hints of caramel and alcohol. A little sweet hoppy aftertaste.
