COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
This ale contains no actual copper but we’re pretty literal... It looked coppery, so we lamely called it a copper ale. Lots’a nice caramel malt though... Originally 5.9% alcohol by volume, currently

Bottle from cellarbrations super store in hami hill. Pours a luscious copper with a thin head. Aroma is quite rich with hints of nuts and even some bourbon. Carbonation is low with a medium body. Taste is like the aroma in the way it's very rich. It has some burnt toast, bourbon and some sweet malt character . Pretty decent stuff!

Amber colour. Some bubbly, white head, which disappears rather quickly. Heavy malt nose. Some caramel and herbs. Thick mouth feel. Mostly oily, with some grainyness. Quite low carbonation. Caramel, malt, tiny hint of citrus flavour. Feels quite thick and heavy.

12 oz bottle. At the Konttori, Tampere, Finland. Clear golden amber colour with a tiny off-white head. Sweet caramel, sugary sweetness, some sweet malt and mild hops in the aroma. Super sweet. The flavour is sugary sweetness, metallic notes, sweet malt and some mild hops. Not my favourite. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

From a 355ml bottle on 1/2/2015. Pours a deep copper with a small head. has a very big caramel malt aroma with some light fruity, floral hop notes. Flavour wise, it piles on sweet caramel malt, with some nuttiness in the mix as well. There’s a light to medium hop bitterness which balances the malt sweetness quite nicely. Light bodied with average carbonation. Really nicely put together and very pleasant drinking.

Kopparfärgad, blommig doft a la engelsk humle, kraftig maltstruktur med karamell, vanilj och ek. Rejäl efterbeska/eftersmak som drar åt det blommigallet. En ESB med rejäl beska som håller ihop smakerna. Riktigt god

Pours a ruby hue with a pillowy cream colored head. Lots of caramel malt backbone with aromatic hops that accentuate the malt nicely.

Poured from a 12 oz bottle into a tumbler glass on 12.23.13. A: See through amber with a small receding head. S: Caramel, very malty. Sweet. Fantastic! T: Follows nose. Caramel, but also has citrus and flowery hops on the back end. M: Somewhat crisp. O: Citrusy and floral hops in an amber may not be the norm, but Lagunitas makes it work. The hops don’t take away from the caramel flavor, but complement it.

Beautiful copper red ale with thin foam on top. Sweet on palate, malty, not overly hoppy. Very pleasant...
