3.1 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 11/20
Bottle from TX. Very mild, very balanced APA. This is not something that is going to overpower you. To me the sweeter caramel malt really stood out with the hops showing up in the background. Easy drinking.

4.1 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 5/5 OVERALL 17/20
This is one of the better amber ales I’ve had. Copper colored, sweet, and thick on the tongue. Grassy hops.

3.7 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 17/20
Creamy coconut milk on the nose accompanied by subtle hops. Deep ruby/amber with a fast dissipating foam. Strong earthy hop notes greet the palate. Crisp flavors of malted caramel, sweet sugar, thin molasses and apple cider. Overall, I’m not a big fan of amber ales but this is pretty impressive. There is a really nice apple cider overtone. A- rating.

Bottle. Pours very slightly hazy copper brown with airy but stable off-white head. Clear aroma of malt, fruit, and caramel, with subtle hoppy notes. Sweetish taste of caramel malt and fruit, enriched by regular hoppy notes. Mildly bitter and grassy finish. A really nice Amber Ale.

Chunky amber colored pour. Small off-white head with plenty of lacing. Bunch of floaties, hence the chunky comment. Big hoppy aroma. Some malt and orange. Orange taste with some bready malt. Hops. Bitter back with some malty sweetness.

3.7 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 15/20
Pours a rich dark copper amber with a large creamy lasting beige head and good lacing throughout. Aroma is of sweet caramel malt, pine hops and a bit of citrus. Taste same as aroma. Palate is medium body, good carbonation and a smooth mouth feel. Finished with a flavorful caramel malt taste and some nice pine floral hops for balance. Aroma and Taste slowly intensify as it warms up. Overall a very good and nicely balanced brew.
