2.8 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 11/20
Bottle pour to shaker. Very pale gold with quickly dissipating thin head. It has the citrusy nose of an IPA, but not very aromatic. That covers the taste, too. It has hoppiness, bitterness and citrus that reminds me of IPAs I really like, but it is watery. That is not to say I don’t like it; it is drinkable and much better choice than Bud LIght, etc.

12oz bottle at The Bayou
Appearance: Clear straw golden with a small white head and some lacing
Aroma: Citrus and fruity

Very nice and clean, this could be a regular in the fridge if I can get my hands on more.

3.3 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 14/20
Bottled sample. Pale gold in colour with strong carbonation. Aromas are of lemon, white grapefruit, cut grass, and a touch of pine sap. Flavors are fairly basic with notes of lemon, light malt, and a hint of white pepper. Very light bodied with moderate bitterness. Probably unfair to compare it to regular strength IPAs, Tasty enough for what it is.

Nice and mild, non-offensive. Low alcohol content. Perfect for coming home, but not yet winding down.

3.3 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20
this ale had a clear yellow gold pour and made a two finger white head that receded to a thin cover and sticky ring that left some rings and spots of lacing on the sides of the glass,
this little IPA had aromas of grass and floral hops, powdered sugar, some toasted malt and faint caramel,
it had flavors of grass, bitter hops, some toasted malt, faint caramel and fruit with very little sweetness,
the finish had hop bitterness with little to no malt and left the palate pretty dry,
the mouth feel was light on the palate, there was some creaminess and average to lively carbonation,
lots of hops with little malt on the nose, same for the flavor, a light malt, hoppy easy drinking beer.

3.7 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 15/20
Draft. Poured a clear amber color with an average creamy white head that mostly lasted with excellent lacing. Moderate to heavy earthy hop and malt aroma. Medium to full body with a smooth texture and soft carbonation. Medium to heavy bittersweet flavor with a medium bittersweet finish of moderate duration. My expectations where exceeded.

3.3 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20
12oz bottle pours a clear golden with a small white head. Aroma of spicy resinous hops which kind of remind me of sweet grape juice. Taste is pretty simple a hit of resinous pine hops turning sweet and falling off at the finish. Not amazing but enjoyable and very sessionable.
