Short, 12oz bottle. Clear, yellow color. White choppy foam. Aroma of those seductive Lagunitas hops oils. Very thin body. Light flavor, low ABV. Flavor of light pale malt syrup, resin hops. Thin flavor, not much left on the palate. This is the ultimate session ale. (3882)

3.4 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20
Bottle; poured a clear dull gold with a whitish head. Aroma was funky hoppy. Pine, earth, stank, citrus and Forrest. Light palate, lot of hops that linger off and on. Aggressive, but not great flavor.

3.7 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 15/20
Clear light yellow body with a tall, long lasting white head.
Fresh Spruce aroma.
The flavor carries light resiny bitterness with a supportive sweetness. Light bodied without seeming watery. The best of these session pale ales that I’ve tried so far.

3.8 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 5/5 OVERALL 14/20
Pours a clear golden yellow color with a small white head. Aroma is citrus hops, lemon, orange rind, and grapefruit. The taste is resiny with a lightly bready malt backbone and some grapefruit. It’s really good. Especially considering it’s low abv.

3.5 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 14/20
12 oz bottle at Bogeys in Leawood, Kansas. The pour is mostly clear golden yellow with a one inch white head. The aroma is lemon citrus, a bit of grass resin, and a light sweetness. The taste is the lemon citrus, the grass, all balanced upon a faint cracker malt base. Certainly hop forward. The palate is light bodied, active carbonation, and a dry slightly sweet grassy finish. Easy drinking.

3.7 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 16/20
Serving: 12 oz. bottle from Wegmans Leesburg. It pours a clear lighter gold with a rocky white head. The nose has nice dank herbals with a touch of citrus and tropical fruit. Fairly light on the tongue with a solid hop presence and just a hint of balancing sweetness. Crisp and highly sessionable with a dry finish. Nice daily drinker.
