3.8 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 10/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 14/20
Wow. Looks like a fizzy light macro. Glad it isn't. As pale as it gets with a surprising amount of malt to balance the hops. I'm not an ipa drinker, this is an easy top 5 ipa for me. I really enjoyed drinking this beer, I wish more ipas were like this one.

3.7 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 15/20
My Bottom Line:
Chewy cereals are surrounded by citrus fruit, flowers and ginger connotations in this fashionable, refreshing Pale Ale.
Further Personal Perceptions:
-A veil of foam sits atop the misty golden.
-Mouthfeel is quite prickly and more chewy than expected.
-The bitterness is moderate, with a few sandy resins.
-The hop fruitiness is also reminiscent of gooseberries.

3.5 AROMA 9/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20
Great aroma of fruity hops. Taste was hops but not as much as you'd expect from the aroma. Not very bitter and actually a bit on the lighter tasting side. Lots of carbonation.

4.7 AROMA 9/10 APPEARANCE 5/5 TASTE 9/10 PALATE 5/5 OVERALL 19/20
Poured into a tumbler on 05.31.14.
A: 2 finger fluffy white head. Crystal clear straw yellow body.
S: Strong grapefruit and malt sweetness.
T: Grapefruit and sweet malt dominate. Flower and pine are subtle.
M: Creamy. Perfect carbonation.
O: This is a fantastic session IPA. It somehow manages to have complexity and it has a perfect balance. The grapefruit flavor isn’t as strong as in other Lagunitas beers, but again, it is a session beer.

3.8 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 15/20
bottle - Pours gold with a one finger head and a rich citrus hop aroma. The flavor is of crisp, aggressively bitter hops, citrus, and toasted malt. It’s easy drinking and quite tasty, maybe the best of the session IPAs I’ve tried so far.

3.9 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 15/20
12oz bottle pours clear gold yellow with a finger of head. Nose is bright citrus, pear, orange, pineapple, grassy with a touch of round cracker malt. Taste is similar to nose with some nice grassy pine and soft resin, light (but not thin) body, medium bitterness, and clean light malt. Finish is balanced bitteness, lemon, grassy orange, pear, citrus. Excellent.
