355ml bottle. Clear gold colour, moderate white head. Looks more like a decent lager than an IPA. Aroma holds up to full strength IPAs, pine, grapefruit and a little grass clippings. Taste is lighter than the smell, the hops are there but don’t really come in until the end. Body is on the watery side. Overall, if light IPA was a thing, this would be a good one. Depends on if you think that is a good idea.
4.5 AROMA 10/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 9/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 19/20 obguthr (3234) - Poquoson, Virginia, USA - FEB 3, 2013
Strong aroma of lilles and grapefruit, approaching that of pine needles, despite it being several months old. Clear amber, medium head, sticky lacing. Nice floral hoppping with just light citrus compliment. Lillies in the finish. Light mouthfeel. Immensely sessionable, quaffable, and flavorful. Fantastic crafting.
2.5 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 3/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 9/20 RSRIZZO (1821) - Colorado Springs, Colorado, USA - JAN 30, 2013
12oz bottle poured into a Shaker at 38°. Color is a bright pale gold with good carbonation and a fizzy head. Aroma is a big citric hop scent. It has a lighter medium body with a crisp mouth feel. Flavor is just hops, big fruity citrus and pine. After is more citrus and some bitterness. Overall, its not the best, the citrus overpowers everything.

From notes. Bottle poured into a shaker. Light and summery. Citrus and pine hops. Pretty decent.

Lightly hazed straw colour, with a nice bubbly cap. Aroma of lemon citrus and pine. Taste is lemony and a sharp tart/short bitterness with a refreshing finish like lemoned sparkling water, but better. A delicious take on a sessionable ipa, but why would I drink this over other Lag ipa's?

Good session beer. Very drinkable. Citrus notes come through. I still prefer the Sumpin' but this is a good alternative for all day drinking.

Bottle. Body is a crystal clear light gold and holds up a massive head of sudsy white small bubbles. Aromas are thick with lemon peel and cat pee... Cascade? Flavor is a little washed out, but has a decent amount of hoppy wonderfulness. It could have just a bit more residual sugar to help balance against the hop tea nature that it takes on, but I’d drink another.
4 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 17/20 Beerathon (635) - Harrisburg, Pennsylvania, USA - JAN 24, 2013
Looks like a pilsner, but tastes amazing. Shocked by how much flavor was packed into such a low ABV for an IPA. Huge grassy and citrusy hops. Love it!

On cask at Hay Merchant. Pours a cloudy gold with thick creamy white head leaving sticky lacing. The aroma is a potent floral hop and citrus with pine. Thin mouthfeel with light citrus and a bit watery in the finish. A good IPA from Lagunitas.
