3.8 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 16/20
Pilsnery light gold. Good foamy head but disapates shortly with lace. Good aroma with stone fruit, citrus, maybe some sweet malts. Good taste kinda hoppy floral, citrus,,toast malts, grassy finish, citrus finish. Cleanish but not boring, has a classic Lagunitas taste in a lighter beer.

3.7 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 15/20
Poured a light gold, good head. Aroma is floral and citric hops. Flavor is light crackery malts followed by more floral and undefined citrus hops. Finishes a touch earthy. Sort of an American Bitter in my book. Nice.

3.7 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 16/20
355 ml bottle. No freshness info.
Pours clear pale golden color with large white head. Very nice floral hoppy aroma, pine needles, some gooseberry bush and lemony fruits. Lemony fruits on the flavor, a bit oily feel to it, resinous hops on the aftertaste. Very tasty and feels quite fresh.

3.6 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 17/20
Citrusy caramel aroma. Lightly malty, mostly hoppy, semi-bitter flavor. Light-medium bodied with average bubbles. Certainly an above average session beer.

3.7 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 17/20
12oz bottle from Julio’s.
Appearance : Clear pale yellow with small head.
Aroma : Crisp and fresh floral hops. Light piny notes. Some malt. Fairly restrained overall but still some complexity.
Taste : Malt and floral hops. Minimal piny notes. Very light resinous notes. Finish dry floral hops with light bitterness and malt.
Palate : Fairly lively carbonation. A bit softer would have made it better IMHO. Dry and thin mouthfeel. Not too thin but almost.
Overall : Quite sessionable but carbonation is a bit too strong to be quaffable. Nicely dry and refreshing. Nice floral hops. Not bad but could be a bit more complex and palate could be improved a bit. Still a nice drink, I’d have a second one.

3.9 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 16/20
This brew pours a clear straw color with a medium white head that evaporates steadily. Stringy lacing on the glass. Aroma of grassy hops, citrus and malt. Light-bodied with flavors of herbal hops, citrus and sweet malt. The finish is mildly bitter with a lingering citrusy hops aftertaste. Solid Session IPA all around.

3.4 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20
Bottle. Pours a near clear light yellow with a slight gold hue with a white head that dissipates to the edges. Aroma has a good amount of pine with some dankness and just a hint of onion with a light grain backing. Flavor has a dank onion note with some light grains and a hint of grass underlying.

3.5 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 15/20
A nice session IPA. I like what Lagunitas did here. However this offering does not stand up to their other products. That said, if I want a session IPA, I will definitely consider this one.
