This is probably my all time favorite Pale Ale. Sweet, creamy head and a rich and compelling hoppiness ends with a clean and refreshing finish. A really great beer.

Nothing stands out in this beer but it is very enjoyable. The malt character is very pronounced with a nice caramel flavor and clean sweetness. The citrusy hop profile is played out in this one if you have had alot of creasy pale ales, but it doesn?t mean its not good.

On tap at APEX, pours a pretty clear golden with a small white head. Aroma of floral hops, resin and light caramel / crackery malt - not as pungent as an IPA, but more so than your average pale ale. Flavour of floral hops, herbal notes and crackery malts. Nearly an IPA, a nicely hopped .pale ale. Very nice refresher, though the New Dogtown is superior.

Pours a light amber with plenty of carbonation and a large white foam head that is slow to dissipate. Upon opening smells strongly of hops and citrus, a little alcohol, keyword is it just smells Strong. A lot of hops but different from an IPA in that it doesn’t finish strongly bitter and they feel lighter when on the toungue. Fruit/citrus taste is overshadowed by the fact this was probably brewed in aluminum and kind of taste like so. I think it reminds me of Full sail’s pale ale. Pretty boring not bad though.
