Draught at CBC 2013. Clear amber - white head. Fruity, apples, grapes, light wooden, caramel - yellow caramel, bretty, spicy notes, funky notes, sweet malty, toasted malts, wheaty acid notes, acid, nice.

Pours murky grey-orange with a small, creamy, white film head. Aroma has vinegar, brett, malts. Highish carbonation, sharp and dry mouthfeel. Flavour has sweet malts, sugar and generally lots of sweetness. Then some sharp, vinegary tartness that doesn’t gel.

Draught @ CBC 2013: Amber coloured. Unclear. Dense beige head. Aroma: Fruits, some herbs, caramel, citrus/sourness, spice. Flavour quite similar. Herbs, fruits, caramel, brett, sourness, wood, spice. Medium to full bodied. Ends quite grapy and bretty.

Draft. A murky amber beer with a yellowish head. The aroma has notes of malt and caramel. The flavor is sweet with notes of malt, caramel, and brettanomyces, as well as lighter notes of alcohol, leading to a tart finish.

[5/4/13] Draught at Copenhagen Beer Celebration 2013. Hazy amber. Aroma of brett, vinegar, lots of oak, fruits and vinous notes. Flavor of fruits, lots of alcohol, oak and some wine. Medium-bodied.
