Farmhouse Chard with Blackberries–on tap-pours a white head and hazy yellow color. Aroma is tart fruit, light malt. Taste is tart fruit, vinegar, light malt, some berry. Interesting. Well done to style, not mot mine.

Mason Jar at Lagunitas during Mario Rubio’s birthday event. Pours a murky, yellow-bronze color; creamy, medium-bubbled white head with good retention and solid lacing; very attractive pour; effervescent. Very pleasant brett and citrus character in the aroma; nicely dry, juicy; spritzy, lively brett. Medium body: lively carbonation; juicy brett character, citrus, and hints of dark fruits; nicely juicy, bretty core with some light blackberry juice; well-integrated rendition, and nicely dried out and attenuated. Medium finish of dark berries, brett, and toasty malts.
