3.8 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 5/5 OVERALL 15/20
Bottle. Pours a really nice copper with a couple fingers of off-white head, some lacing sticks to the side of the glass. The aroma has some resiny hoppy pine up front with some dark maltiness in the background. A little booze on the nose here. The taste is very interesting as it hits you right in the front of the tongue with a hop bitterness, then gives way to a sweetness that goes right through the finish. I canít nail down exactly what iím tasting but itís pretty darn enjoyable. the palate is very nice and enjoyable. Iím pleasantly surprised by this one.

3.5 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 15/20
the aroma is a little boozy, quite malty and of course got the signature red ale smell. it looks old and strong with its tiny head and haazy dark amber colour. The taste is quite boozy to. The beer got some of the alcohol and delicious sweetness from a barley wine. Itís not what i expected, but a good beer indeed.

3.7 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 15/20
12oz bottle. Pours a clear light amber color with a dense creamy beige head that lasted and left good lacing. Nice balanced aromas of sweet malt with floral and citrus hops. Taste is moderately sweet with roasted caramel malt and some piney grapefruit hops. Hints of maple and cocoa come through as well. Medium bodied with a smooth creamy mouthfeel and soft carbonation.

3.2 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 5/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 12/20
Malty, slightly resiny nose. Beautiful burnt orange color. Interesting balance between toasty, malty sweetness and resiny, grassy hops. Overall, it looks great and tastes good, but not really a huge fan.

3.7 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 14/20
Bottle. Dark amber, half finger head. Smells of sweet apple, hops. Taste is bitter and bubbley up front, a nice hop bite and sweetness to finish it off. Has a nice finish, can feel the hops in the throat. A good beer, haven't had anything quite like it. A nice IBU for hopheads like me.
