Flavor was a blast of piney hops followed sweet malts and finishing with a bittering hop bite. Silky mouthfeel, even with all those hops. Tasted like a mildly sweet IPA, very good! The scent was of hops, citrus and some light yeasty notes. A great taste with hops dominating over malt, but not too agressively. A very spicey, piney after taste and good finish. The aroma is sweet hoppy with notes of berries and citrus. Strong hop aroma and flavor. Keeps a good brussels lace. Good balance for such a strong beer.

off-white head, somewhat lasting, good lacing. Aroma is average malt (caramel, warm bread),
heavy hops (flowers, citrus, pine), light yeast (dough) with notes of brown sugar, candied
fruit, and cloves. Medium bodied, sticky texture, average carbonation and a slight bitter
finish. Average duration, light sweetness, moderate acidity and bitterness.
